• Foot products- e.g. Superfeet orthotics, Gel Insoles, Viscoped, Viscoheel
   
• Pillows & Sleep Aids- e.g. Neck support pillows, Foam or Ortho Bed Wedges, Mattress Overlays.
   
• Mattresses- Our memory foam mattresses are available on a 60 day trial basis and are returnable with certain applicable transit and pillow charges explained to you in the Trial Policy document you received.
   
• Mattress Overlay-Our memory foam 3" overlays are available on a 60 day trial basis and are returnable. Return freight and choice of return shipper is the responsibility of the customer. Upon return and inspection revealing product to be in new condition, you will then receive credit for the original purchase price of the product, not including outbound shipping costs. Please contact Back Be Nimble about proper return location and protocol.
   
• Latex Foam Mattresses are returnable within 30 days for full refund of purchase price minus applicable return shipping charges provided the plastic cover is not removed. If the plastic cover is removed, then by Federal Regulations, we must re-upholster that mattress upon its return and will pass on applicable re-upholstering charges to you. You will then be credited full purchase price minus applicable freight and re-upholstering charges. The re-upholstering charge is between $150-$250 depending upon mattress size. The total for outbound + return FREIGHT charges will be $300.00.
   
• Electropedic Adjustable Beds are not easily returnable items and may only be returned within 30 days of receipt with applicable restocking fees. This applies to adjustable beds shipped with Nimblepedic Mattressess(memory foam) as well even though those mattresses have 60 day trial when purchased separately. The restocking fees calculate as follows:
  
  
  1. Mattress re-upholstering fees- (returned mattresses must be recovered prior to resale according to federal regulations). The cost for this would be $150.00 for one-piece beds and $300.00 for 2-piece beds.
      
  2. Outbound and Return Freight-these beds are all shipped directly from our manufacturer by common carrier (trucking). Although you may not have been charged an outbound freight charge when you purchased the bed, if you should return it, Back Be Nimble does charge for freight both ways. Total Freight(outbound + return) will be from $300.00 to $700.00.
      
  3. It is important to keep all of your plastic covering and boxing for your beds for the first 30 days just in case you decide to return your beds. You are responsible for repacking your bed for return shipment in same or suitable, double walled carton (remove rolling casters first). If you don't have access to the carton, additional charges may apply to supply carton and/or have the product packaged for you. BED MUST BE RETURNED IN "NEW" CONDITION TO QUALIFY FOR RE-STOCKING.
      
  4. Therefore, total return cost that will be subtracted for your credit would be from $450.00 to $1000.00 depending on size and number of beds.
