Thirty (30) Day Return Policy:

Damaged or defective products: all of your purchases at Back Be Nimble are covered for product defects for a full 30 days from the date of purchase (see return exceptions below). In the unlikely event that you should receive defective merchandise, please contact our customer service department immediately to determine the best method of product replacement or repair. Beyond 30 days, you should contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Manufacturer contact information will usually be found on the box or in your warranty/instruction manual.

30 DAY 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Most all products purchased from Back Be Nimble have a 30 DAY 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE (general return exceptions mentioned below and are always specified on individual product pages in the notes section at the bottom of the page).. If you are dissatisfied at any time within 30 days of ordering, please contact customer service to attain return details for your specific product(s).

NOTE: All returns must be sent back in "new", resalable condition with original retail packaging, if applicable, and must include associated product instructions, warranty card, etc. Please include a copy of your customer receipt and a short note with the reason for your return. After inspection to make sure that product is returned in original, resalable condition, our customer service department will promptly credit you for full product purchase price -- NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Office chairs, Ergonomic Desk and Work Surfaces: These products are custom made to order and therefore, although we make every effort to satisfy our customers, we are unable to accept returns on these without charging a restocking fee of 20% of your cost of the purchase + return shipping costs. They must be returned to appropriate destination (usually the manufacturer) within 30 days after receipt of the chair. Please contact Back Be Nimble customer service to assure your return is properly handled.

SPECIAL POLICIES & EXCEPTIONS TO THE STANDARD 30 DAY POLICY

Some of our products have special return policies that are mentioned below and specified more completely on the actual product page. Unfortunately, there are some products for that we are simply unable to accept returns. For hygiene reasons, the U.S. Federal government forbids the resale of certain products considered to have potential for disease transmission. Please review these special circumstances below:
  • Foot products- e.g. Superfeet orthotics, Gel Insoles, Viscoped, Viscoheel. Federal regulations forbid the return of these products for resale, so we do not accept such returns.
     
  • Pillows & Sleep Aids- e.g. Neck support pillows, Foam or Ortho Bed Wedges. Federal regulations forbid the return of these products for resale, so we do not accept such returns.
     
  • Therapeutic Products Often Prescribed by Doctors- e.g. traction units, ultrasound, sonic wave, TENS or electrical stimulation units are often prescribed for treatment of short duration to overcome an acute problem. Therefore, benefits may be derived in the first week or two and we therefore either do not accept returns or perhaps have a different or shorter return policy relative to such. Please view more specific product return policy in product notes at the bottom of relative product page.
     
  • Chiropractic, Roller Massage, and Intersegmental Traction Tables are custom built to order and are not generally returnable. We may be able to make an exception in special circumstances, depending on the situation and willingness of our supplier to accept the return. Please contact Back Be Nimble customer service and arrangements will be decided on a case by case basis. This will generally incur a substantial restocking fee to be substracted from the refund.
     
  • Hydromassage tables may be returned within 7 days of receipt but are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the charge for both outbound and returned freight. All cartoning/crating must be kept in order to be able to initiate such a return. Please contact Back Be Nimble customer service to initiate the return process.
     
  • Mattresses- All of our mattresses are available on a 30-90 trial basis, depending on mattress type/brand.Please see the ′notes′ at the end of each individual mattress product page to see the specific policy for your mattress selection.
     
  • Mattress Overlay-Our memory foam 3" overlays are available on a 60 day trial basis and are returnable. Return freight and choice of return shipper is the responsibility of the customer. Upon return and inspection revealing product to be in new condition, you will then receive credit for the original purchase price of the product, not including outbound shipping costs. Please contact Back Be Nimble about proper return location and protocol.
     
  • Electropedic Adjustable Beds are not easily returnable items and may only be returned within 30 days of receipt with applicable restocking fees. This applies to adjustable beds shipped with Nimblepedic Mattressess(memory foam) as well even though those mattresses have a different trial period when purchased separately. Restocking/reupholstering fees may apply and should be viewed in the ′notes′ section at the bottom ofthe specific product page.

    1. Outbound and Return Freight- beds and mattress are all shipped from our suppliers by common truck carrier. Although you may not have been charged an outbound freight charge when you purchased the bed, if you should return it, Back Be Nimble does the freight charge from the refund for both outbound and return freight.
       
    2. It is important to keep all of your plastic covering and cartoning for your beds for your appropriate trial period just in case you decide to return your beds. You will be responsible for repacking your bed for return shipment in same or suitable, double walled carton. If you don't have access to the carton, additional charges may apply to supply carton and/or have the product packaged for you. BED MUST BE RETURNED IN "NEW" CONDITION TO QUALIFY FOR RE-STOCKING.
       


Price Matching Policy:
If you see one of our products for a lower retail price (sale prices excluded), we will likely be able to match that price. This must be verified prior to your purchase. To qualify, simply provide us verifiable proof of price and model. (Our Price Matching Policy applies only to exact models, in stock, with USA warranties). Please be aware that when determining qualifications for "price matching," we do consider all factors involved in the bottom line price (e.g. shipping costs or free or discounted items included with the purchase).
