Thirty (30) Day Return Policy:

Products Damage Upon Receipt: in the unlikely event that you should receive a package or product that is obviously damaged upon receipt, you should refuse the delivery of such and/or contact us immediately for resolution. If any built to order products, like a therapy table, massage table or chair, were to be delivered with obvious damage, you should indicate such on the delivery confirmation and if necessary, refuse to accept the delivery. Then contact us immediately for resolution.

Defective products: All of your purchases at Back Be Nimble are covered for product manufacturing defects for a full 30 days from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event that you should receive a product that you find to be defective, please contact our customer service department immediately to determine the best method for product replacement or repair. Beyond 30 days, you should contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Manufacturer contact information will usually be found on the box or in your warranty/instruction manual. If you need our help with proof of purchase or finding manufacturer contact info, please let us know.

30 DAY 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Most all products purchased from Back Be Nimble have a 30 DAY 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE (general return exceptions are mentioned below and are always specified on individual product pages in the notes section at the bottom of the page).. Other than these rare exception, if you are dissatisfied at any time within 30 days of ordering, please contact customer service to obtain return details for your specific product(s).

NOTE: All returns must be received in "new", resalable condition with original retail packaging, if applicable, and must include associated product instructions, warranty card, etc. Please include a copy of your customer receipt and a short note with the reason for your return. After inspection to make sure that product is returned in original, resalable condition, our customer service department will promptly a full refund for the product purchase price -- NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Office chairs, Ergonomic Desk and Work Surfaces: These products are custom made to order and therefore, although we make every effort to satisfy our customers, we are unable to accept returns on these without charging a restocking fee of 20% of your purchase price + return shipping costs. They must be returned to appropriate destination (usually the manufacturer) within 30 days after receipt of the chair. Please contact Back Be Nimble customer service to assure your return is properly handled.

SPECIAL POLICIES & EXCEPTIONS TO THE STANDARD 30 DAY POLICY

Some of our products have special return policies that are mentioned below and specified more completely on the actual product page. Unfortunately, there are some products for that we are simply unable to accept returns. For hygiene reasons, the U.S. Federal government forbids the resale of certain products considered to have potential for disease transmission. Please review these special circumstances below:
  • Foot products- e.g. Superfeet orthotics, Gel Insoles, Viscoped, ViscoSpot. Federal regulations forbid the return of these products for resale, so we do not accept returns on these foot products.
     
  • Pillows & Sleep Aids- e.g. Neck support pillows, Foam or Ortho Bed Wedges. Federal regulations forbid the return of these products for resale, so, with few exceptions we do not routinely accept such returns.
     
  • Therapeutic Products Often Prescribed by Doctors- e.g. traction units, ultrasound, sonic wave, TENS or electrical stimulation units are often prescribed for treatment of short duration to overcome an acute problem. Benefits may be derived in the first week or two of use. Therefore, either returns are not accepted, or we may designate a shorter return policy that will be specified in notes at the bottom of that specific product page for your review.
     
  • Chiropractic, Roller Massage, and Intersegmental Traction Tables are custom built to order and are not generally returnable. We may be able to make an exception in special circumstances, depending on the situation and willingness of our supplier to accept the return, but this is not guaranteed. Please contact Back Be Nimble customer service and such possibilities will be decided on a case by case basis. If approved, this will likely incur a substantial restocking fee and/or unpaid freight costs. Approval of any such return will require that you keep any cartoning and pallet material used in the original delivery.
     
  • Hydromassage tables may be returned within 7 days of receipt but are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the charge for both outbound and returned freight. All cartoning/crating must be kept in order to be able to initiate such a return. Please contact Back Be Nimble customer service to initiate the return process.
     
  • Mattresses- please read the return policy specified at the bottom of the page specific to the mattress you ordered.
     
  • Electropedic Adjustable Beds- please read the return policy specified at the bottom of the page specific to the adjustable bed you order. Restocking/reupholstering fees may apply and should be viewed in the ′notes′ section at the bottom ofthe specific product page.

    1. It is important to keep all of your plastic covering and cartoning for your beds if you think there is any possibility you may want to return your bed(s). You will be responsible for repacking your bed for return shipment in same or suitable, double walled carton. If you don't have access to the carton, additional charges may apply to supply carton and/or have the product packaged for you. BED MUST BE RETURNED IN "NEW" CONDITION TO QUALIFY FOR RE-STOCKING.

We will match such verifiable lower prices and/or offer other satisfactory incentives to earn your business. HOW TO IMPLEMENT A PRICE MATCH: Contact the Back Be Nimble Customer Service Team at: sales@backbenimble.com within twenty-four (24) hours of your purchase at BackBeNimble.com to seek reparation under our Price Match Policy and utilize the following process. In the initial email, please make sure to provide a link to the competing product website as required by our team to verify the competing selling price. The Grand Total Value (inclusive of shipping cost, sales taxes and other value added incentives) will be considered for price matching purposes. Final consideration is determined by a Back Be Nimble product service specialist. Product must be available at the competing company and must be the same exact "new" product, color and options, without additional customization. Open box items are not considered.
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:
  1. Our price match policy does not apply to wholesale or auction style web sites.
  2. Competitive Offer Must be from an Authorized U.S. Based Dealer: The Price Match Policy only applies to competitors authorized to sell in the United States who have a valid commercial address. We will not match prices from dealers who are not authorized to sell the product, as it may be a grey market, open box or used item without warranty coverage.
  3. The lower price must be published on a public website and be continuously available online to the general public. The Price Match Policy applies only to prices both advertised and available to the general public online. The price must be quoted in US dollars.
