90-DAY COMFORT SATISFACTION POLICY FOR MATTRESS: Sleep on your ChiliBed for at least 30 days because there is often an accommodation period due to the fact the Chilibed provides significantly more support that your previous mattress. After that, in the unlikely event that you might want to return the mattress, you have up to 90 days from the date of receiving the ChiliBed Mattress to initiate your request. You must first contact Back Be Nimble customer service to communicate the details of your dissatisfaction and to pre-authorize your return. Please email sales@backbenimble.com to make such requests. The bed must be returned in good condition without signs of misuse. Refunds will be issued within 30 days after the returned product is received minus our cost for outbound shipping. You will also be responsible for shipping the bed back to the factory and associated return freight costs. Feel free to contact our Customer Service for tips and suggestions for protecting your ChiliBed during shipment. Your Return Authorization Number, aka: "RA" will expire within 30 days of the date of issuance. The RA must be included with the product returned, along with your name and contact information. IMPORTANT: This policy applies to the ChiliBed Mattress only and is not applicable to power bases. Power bases have their own return policies designated in notes below and require a re-stocking fee.

RETURN/RE-STOCKING FEES FOR POWER BED BASES: Electropedic Adjustable Beds are not easily returnable items and may only be authorized for return within 30 days of receipt with applicable restocking fees. This applies even though the ChiliBed mattresses have a 90 day trial when purchased separately. Beds must be returned in (new), resalable condition in order to qualify for re-stocking. Re-stocking fees are calculated as follows:

(a) Outbound and Return Freight - power adjustable bed bases are all shipped separately from your ChiliBed Mattress and directly from our Electropedic manufacturer by common carrier (trucking). Although you were not charged an outbound freight charge when you purchased the bed, if you should return it, Back Be Nimble does charge for freight both ways. Total Freight (outbound + return) will range from $300.00 to $650.00, depending on your location and whether you order single bases or dual bases for a split king.
(b) it is important to keep all of your plastic covering and boxing for your beds for the first 30 days just in case you decide to return your beds. You could be responsible for repacking your bed for return shipment in same or suitable, double walled carton (it is sometimes necessary to remove rolling casters first). If you did not keep the carton(s), additional charges may apply to re-supply such for you.
(c) Therefore, total power base restocking/return fees to be subtracted from your refund will range from $300 to $650 depending on size, number of beds, and freight costs.

10-YEAR MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY FOR CHILIBED MATTRESS: Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the original purchaser only and warranty starts from the documented date of purchase. NOTES ON WATER TEMPERATURES VS. SLEEP TEMPERATURE: ChiliPad Technology allows you to adjust the water temperature anywhere from 46°F 118°F. You will see some sellers of this pad advertising that sleep temperatures in that range can be achieved. However, actual functional resulting temperatures achieved at the bed surface ranges from a cool 55°F to as warm as 110°F. The actual result is dependent on both ambient room temperature and amount of insulation in the bedding used. Proper function of the mattress may not be achieved simply by using the mattress without any sheets, covers and/or comforters. These are required to insulate and enhance the technology.
